BEVERLY, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) announced the 2023 field hockey awards winners and All-Conference Teams on Wednesday.
Roger Williams University’s Chelsea King and Endicott College’s Tori Swanson share Offensive Player of the Year honors. Also representing the Gulls, Meghan Lehouiller is the Defensive Player of the Year and Abigail Antonelli is Co-Rookie of the Year.
RWU and Endicott advanced to the 2023 Tournament Championship game as the No. 1 and No. 2 seed, respectively. The Gulls won the trophy, 2-1, to earn the league’s NCAA Tournament automatic qualifier. Also from the Hawks, Jill Reeve is Coach of the Year and Maddy Monahan is Co-Rookie of the Year.
Morgan Mast (University of New England) is the Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She’ll graduate this spring with a degree in health, wellness and occupational studies. She’s a four-year Dean’s List honoree, a CCC Academic All-Conference selection and a past member of the NFHCA All-Academic Team. This season, she scored three goals with two assists as the Nor’Easters posted a 4-1 league record.

The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), founded in 1984, is an NCAA Division III athletic conference composed of 10 full member and two associate member institutions throughout the New England region. Its membership aims to provide student-athletes with a positive experience in their pursuit of excellence through high academic standards, quality competition and a meaningful student life.
