BEVERLY, Mass. – The Conference of New England (CNE) has announced its championship dates for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year, featuring a full slate of conference championship competition across the fall, winter and spring seasons.

The 2026-27 championship calendar continues an exciting period of growth for the CNE, highlighted by the inaugural CNE Men’s Volleyball Championship this spring. Women’s Golf will also return for its second championship season, while Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track & Field will make its CNE championship debut in February at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.

Championship competition begins with the CNE Men’s Golf Championship on October 3-4 at Black Ledge Country Club in Hebron, Connecticut, and continues through the Baseball and Softball Championships in May.

Originally founded in 1984 as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), and reconstituted as the Conference of New England (CNE) in 2024, the CNE is an NCAA Division III athletic conference composed of 11 full member and five associate member institutions throughout the New England region. Its membership aims to provide student-athletes with a positive experience in their pursuit of excellence through high academic standards, quality competition and a meaningful student life. The Conference administers championships in 21 intercollegiate sports.
