SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Roger Williams University Men's Cross Country team has completed a four-peat, as they took home their fourth conference title in as many seasons, at the Conference of New England (CNE) Championship.
The Hawks took home their fourth straight conference title, taking the team title with 38 points, while Suffolk tallied 50 points finishing in second.
Nathan Tassey (Whitman, Mass.) picked up his third straight conference title with a time of 25:14.97, placing first by over 10.98.
The Hawks took three of the top four spots, with
Dylan Beggins (Bayshore, N.Y.) and
Nathan Evans (Lincoln, R.I.) finishing third and fourth with times of 25:29.44 and 25:41.07 respectively. Both set a new personal best in the 8K race.
Finishing second was TIm Barry from Suffolk, who posted a 25:25.95, taking home a strong finish for the Rams. The tpo finishing freshman went to Wentworth's Ezra Blasko, while the Men's Cross Country Elite 20 winner went to Paul Alfonso of Curry.

Originally founded in 1984 as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), and reconstituted as the Conference of New England (CNE) in 2024, the CNE is an NCAA Division III athletic conference composed of 10 full member and five associate member institutions throughout the New England region.
